GUEST INFORMATION

Rates are based on single or double occupancy. This includes children of any age. There will be a $20.00 charge for each additional guest.

Reservations for 1 night, 1 room are guaranteed with a credit card hold. Multiple nights and/or multiple room reservations require a 50% deposit at the time the reservation is made.

All cancellations have a $10.00 per room/per night cancellation fee regardless of when the cancellation is made.

If you cancel or alter your reservation in any way 7 days or less prior to your arrival date (for one room), 14 days or less for a reservation of (two rooms) and 30 days or less for reservations of (three or more rooms); you are responsible for the entire reservation charge unless we are able to re-rent your room(s) for the night(s) reserved.

If you cancel prior to the 7, 14, or 30 day period, you will only be charged the cancellation fee of $10.00 per room/per night.

A multiple night stay with an early departure is treated as a late cancellation.

Cancellation policy may differ for certain events, weekends or holidays.

No calls/No shows are billed for 100% of their stay.

Hall House is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. A minimum fee of $200.00 will be assessed if this policy is not followed.

We cannot accommodate pets.

Check in time: 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. Later check-in must be arranged with the innkeepers.
